There is so much information online about health, nutrition, and what is “good” or “bad” for your body. It changes all the time, and at some point it can start to feel really confusing. One day something is healthy, the next day it isn’t anymore.
That kind of constant shifting can make it hard to know what really feels right for you anymore. It creates a lot of noise, and it pulls your attention outward instead of inward.
For me, things started to feel more clear when I came across the work of Anthony William. Not because I started to blindly follow something, but because it gave me a sense of consistency and understanding that I hadn’t felt before. It felt like something finally made sense in my body, not just in my mind.
That experience changed a lot for me. It helped me simplify things and come back to listening to my body again, instead of all the noise outside.
In the end, I don’t think we need more information. I think we need something that feels clear, grounding, and supportive enough for us to actually come back to ourselves.
